With experience as both a primary and secondary supervisor across a diverse range of professional environments, Karen offers a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities we face as a supervisor. Her ability to cater to the specific needs of supervisors and interns has been finely honed over the years, making Karen a valuable resource for those seeking to enhance their supervisory abilities. Karen places a large emphasis on evidence-based supervision practices and competency-based models. In addition to her supervisory responsibilities, Karen has been instrumental in developing various psychology Learning and Development programs across her career. Karen’s training experience has a focus on offering a wide range of training opportunities, tailored to meet the requirements for Continuous Professional Development for registered psychologists. By leveraging her expertise and industry knowledge, Karen has created programs that equip supervisors with practical insights, strategies, and resources to enhance their supervision capabilities.
