This episode focuses on Dr Camacho’s thesis titled “What Patients Do in Treatment Matters: An Exploration of the Dynamic Nature of Cognitive Behavioural Skills in an Intensive Treatment.”
The results from this thesis suggest that future research should address the limitations of the current study and focus on identifying treatment modifications that increase the application of CBT skills in treatment to improve mental health outcomes.
